video capture board supports 4, 8,
16 security cameras. G-Max
surveillance equipment for home and business security systems
are PCI cards, capturing video into 640 x 480 or 320 x240
pixels, color or monochrome. Software on the G-Max 600 and
G-Max 800 video capture boards are the same, providing remote
home security system features as web based hosting, modem
and IP connection with Unicast and Multicast features.
The
remote network security log file is encoded as wavelet or
mpeg4. Every remote video surveillance system gives local
and remote users the ability to view any or all security cameras
in real time or browse the log file based on selected security
camera and time/date interval. You can convert the wavelet
video into avi or bmp files. This video can be stored direct
onto a hard drive, or direct onto a DVD-RAM. Typically, a
non-stop recording of 30fps 320 x 240 video takes 700MBytes
hard drive space in one hour.
All
Skyway Security camera systems can be customized to record
on a certain time/day of the week, for example, Monday to
Friday from 8:00a.m - 5:00pm, Saturday from 9:00 -12:00, and
Sunday no recording. The remote video surveillance systems
contain 9 motion sensitivity settings allowing for the ability
of being programmed to record only when motion is detected.
These security camera systems also have the feature of masking
overlay, meaning that motion on the monitor screen will not
trigger motion recording. An office computer monitor can also
be masked out, such that motion on the monitor screen will
not trigger motion recording.
For
full management of your business or home remote video surveillance
system, you can set up and control your security camera access
with passwords. This feature also allows you to allocate certain
passwords to different security cameras.
The
Skyway Security video capture boards will support most types
of security cameras and also control PTZ cameras. You can
optionally add external interfaces to the video capture board,
this means an opened door will separate open up the relay
contact, and in turn will trigger the video capture board
to start recording and to page or phone the security.
